I purposely left a section with heavier film on it by using a very short polishing cycle (not breaking it down) and found that it took much longer to haze (about 30 minutes) and even then it was difficult to remove. Rejex 303 is a water based product that has a high SPF factor. Just walk away! Near as I can tell a bottle will last a long time as I used about 10 sprays on the pad for the whole car.maybe 1/4 oz! This cuts the 40 min buff out and detail with q tips to get off the wax after drying. So after washing the car with Dawn, and then compounding the car with Meiguars Ultimate Compound to get the surface smooth, I WIPED ON a coat of Ultima - no more than one spray to the pad per panel, it took 10 min to do the car. The shine is very strong for the amount of work you need to put in and I'll make that trade. So I tried the ultima and wow, it really works well. I have been using Meiguars waxes and cleaners and been really satisfied.until a friend came by and told me about wipe-on-walk-away products. I am something of a wax fanatic and use a Porter cable Random and Lake Country pads. 1st let me say I think all these sealants are the same, I have watched all the you tube videos and this is Ultima Paint Guard Plus.
